Sunday Club: Silesian Iron Wire-Work Jewelry

Made sometime around 1800, Silesian iron wire work jewelry is a rare and fantastic find.
The origin of its manufacturing was that of Gleiwitz, Silesia and similar work is said to have
been done in France as early as 1789, at the time of the Revolution. Made out of very fine
strands of grey iron wire produced by the earliest foundry in Silesia, these pieces are extremely
light in weight with magnificent intricate weaving.
Well preserved and looking quite amazing given their 200+ year old age.
