Victorian Era Old Mine Cut Diamond Earrings

19th century old mine cut diamond pendant earrings, set in silver topped gold with cut down settings. Center pear shaped diamond drops and old mine cut diamods are bright and eye clean. The design elements are hinged and have wonderful movement when worn. Beautiful dark patina. English in origin. Circa 1870.  

Gold earring post with locking backs. Measures  1.50" in drop length and .75" wide.
