Victorian Era Onyx and Diamond Swallow Locket

Late Victorian era black onyx and diamond locket. A specimen of black onyx is carved into the form of a locket with original glass intact. The swallow and leaf motif is crafted in silver with rose cut diamonds. Wonderful unusual shaped diamonds. English in origin. Circa 1870.
