Georgian Era Court Necklace

Bold colors in chrysoprase and pink sapphire, set in high carat gold cannetille work. Necklaces like this were designed to complement a particular lady’s court dress. At that time it would have been paired with matching earrings, bracelets and additional drops which have been lost with time. English in origin. Circa 1870.
