Our clients commissioned us to create a unique ring to celebrate a meaningful birthday. We sourced the large cushion-cut diamond directly from a private estate. The antique stone weighs over seven carats and was initially cut in the 19th century. It showcases the traditional broad facets of a genuine old mine-cut diamond.
The ring design draws inspiration from the Art Deco movement. Oversized baguette stones were chosen to make a bold, geometric, yet classic ring.
Entirely designed and hand fabricated in our Texas workshop.
Seven Carat Cushion Cut Diamond Ring
This is a very fine cushion-cut diamond set in an Art Deco-inspired geometric arrangement. The 7-carat antique old mine-cut cushion-shaped stone is flanked by two large baguettes with six additional stones running down the shoulders of the ring.
Hand fabricated in our Texas workshop, this ring is in our custom blend of 18K rose gold. A more subdued, darker tone than commercially available rose gold. We call this color "old gold" and created the alloy in the spirit of the many 19th century rings we have handled.
