Early Victorian Era Amethyst Demi-Parure

A rare boxed set of amethyst jewels set in 18k gold—bold necklace with removable quatrefoil pendant and drop earrings. The bright, lively amethyst stones are set with granulation details around each collet setting. The pieces remain in a period-appropriate fitted box. English in origin. Circa 1840. 

Earrings: measure 2" in drop length. Pendant measures 2.5" in drop length and 2" wide. Necklace measures 15.75" in length and .75" at the widest point.
