Bell & Bird 18k Gold Half Hoop Band With 4.20ct Old European Cut Diamonds

One of our signature designs. Each ring features a unique set of slightly graduated old European cut diamonds. It often takes months to collect a suite of stones in the correct size, color and clarity. This ring features eleven 19th century old European cut diamonds, approximately 4.20 carats in total diamond weight. The estimated grades of the stones are  H-J in color and  VS-SI in clarity.

Handmade in our Texas workshop, this ring is silver topped gold, in our custom blend of 18K rose gold. A more subdued, darker tone than commercially available rose gold. We call this color "old gold" and created the alloy in the spirit of the many 19th century rings we have handled. We have applied a proprietary acid treatment to darken the gold, giving a great dark tone to the settings surrounding the stones.
