If an item arrives damaged, please email Bell and Bird at firstname.lastname@example.org with in the first 24 hours of signing for the damaged item(s) to notify us of the damage. Returns cannot be accepted after 5 business days.
Bell & Bird covers the cost of all repairs under normal wear for the first six month after purchase. For major lost and damage your jewelry needs to be insured. After the first six months, Bell & Bird will perform repairs for a fee. We prefer to do all repairs on Bell & Bird pieces, but if you're unable to bring the piece to us, be sure to go to a jeweler that has extensive experience with antique pieces. Seek out a jeweler that does repairs with a laser not a soldering torch.
Sadly our workshop isn't able to accommodate any repairs or restorations of non Bell & Bird jewelry at this time.
Please be aware that many of the items sold by Bell and Bird are hundreds of years old and therefore have imperfections, which we believe add to their beauty and give each piece true character. Please know that jewelry in general is fragile, especially antique jewelry and should be handled with care. Accidents do happen and it's in your best interest to insured your pieces. We recommend contacting the insurance company you have policies with first, but it you do not have any insurance, our recommendation would be Jewelers Mutual Insurance.
Do we work with out of state clients? We take on a limited number of custom project a year but we do work with out of state clients regularly. Please email us at email@example.com to discuss you custom project ideas.
Unfortunately we don't sell loose stones to the public. We work hard to find and source unique antique stone for our custom projects.
