19th century rock crystal, turquoise and diamond Locket

19th century facetted rock crystal gold locket with Persian turquoise and diamond star detail. Engraved "22nd November, D, LJD, 1859." with two crowns atop two original locket compartments. Sadly the locket holders for the tiny compartments have been lost with time but the center compartment can hold a lock of hair or similar. The back and front rock crystal panels have the unusual feature of being facetted making a great play of light.  European in origin.
