In a stepped geometric design with a central row of channel set square cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.42 total carats (G-H color, VS1-VS2 clarity) set between two rows of channel set square cut rubies weighing approximately 2.15 total carats, stamped 18K and with maker's mark, numbered 19072.
