Lovely 19th century 15k gold earrings. The tops are paste stones while the pear shaped drops are citrine gemstones, leading us to believe the earrings were assembled from two separate pieces of jewelry. The bottoms are removable, allowing them to be worn in a reduced form. English in origin. Circa 1840.
