Victorian Gold Bangle with Old Mine Cut Diamond and Hidden Locket

Bold victorian era gold bangle with 2 carat old mine cut diamond and hidden locket compartment. The diamond is prong set on a black enamel ground. The bracelet has a slightly flared design that follows the natural contour of the arm. Beautiful original bloomed finish in 18k gold. A button releases a spring loaded door revealing a hidden locket compartment.  Circa 1860. Exceptional condition.
