Victorian Era Whitby Jet Bracelet

Victorian era carved Whitby jet bracelet. Oval panel bracelet with central floral  panel. Strung on stretch cord as it was in its original form . The best carvers in Whitby were sent to Naples, to train in the tradition of cameo carving. English in origin. Circa 1870. 

Inner circumference measures approximately 6.75". Bangle is 3.75" at its widest point. Perfect for a small to medium wrist size.
