Victorian Era Wide Agate Bracelet

Victorian era agate bangle bracelet, in sterling silver. Banded agate stones are cut into cylindrical and round beads and strung on a stiff hinged bangle with an unusual silver closure. English in origin. Circa 1870. 

 circumference measures approximately 6". Bracelet is 1.50" wide. Would ideally fit a size small wrist.
